A variety of luxurious woods used for interior custom cabinets, walls, bed, closets, shelving, seating area, etc. The craftsman that fashioned the inside woodwork was a skilled boat builder.
Newer appliances include refrigerator, barely used and is setup for solar and propane. New stove top with never used oven, stainless steel kitchen and bath sink, new water heater and mini claw foot tub.
Brand new wood stove included in sale, just needs to be hooked up. Back up generator included as well, and 2 large propane tanks. Mattress is very clean, barely used. Outside looks excellent, minus 2 minor dents.
Stylish LED lighting inside. Windows. fan, lights and the outside step all work. The toilet is included, although not currently installed. (We didn’t need it) And Solar setup included!!
Awnings work and they are the beautiful blue and white stripe original design in great shape.
It’s a smart setup inside and easy to live in Or use as Airbnb/vrbo for extra income. It’s perfect for a couple. 29′ It has a modern feel and lovely cross breeze.
